transitions

Published byMeredith under Uncategorized

In reading my most recent posts I see that I’ve been a bit vague and that perhaps some solid updating is [...]

kindergarten goodness

Published byMeredith under Uncategorized

I was at school today making tomorrow’s soup. While it cooked I walked around with my new camera and took some photos.

Published byMeredith under Uncategorized

I know many people just dread tax season, but around here I check my mailbox for W2’s daily so I can file as soon as possible. I think a camera may finally be in my future.
Lots is happening around here. Big decisions are being made about next [...]

a gift

Published byMeredith under Uncategorized

I’m famous for putting off holiday shopping. 11 years

My little girl is eleven today. The picture above is one of my favorites, somewhere between 18 months and 2 years, in all of her big brother hand-me-down glory. Below is something a little more recent.

Looking at these two pictures I can’t tell but compare who my daughter was then and who she is now. [...]

will-strengthening

These days I’ve been thinking a lot about how to strengthen the will. All three of my children struggle with mustering up enough will forces to accomplish tasks. I was talking to the Little Boy’s teacher about it one day and she said that even when he’s trying and is not distracted, he has a [...]
