- I'm a mom and a teacher and an occasional free-lance writer. I love creating things with my hands, exploring the outdoors with my kids and dog, and spending time with my family. This year I am taking a break from teaching full-time and will spend my days homeschooling my fifth grade daughter, while my two sons continue at the Waldorf school down the street.
